Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space seeks a Program Planning professional to join our team supporting the OPIR Mission. Based out of Highlands Ranch, CO or Sunnyvale, CA you will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinate with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling capacity.
• Proficiency with project management scheduling tools (Open Plan preferred; Primavera, Artemis, MS Project).
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, maintenance and critical path scheduling.
• Knowledge of program management principles, practices, and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering briefings to teams and management.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance; no dual citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the IMS, ensuring integration with related schedules.
• Maintain integration between IMS and PSMS and supplemental schedules.
• Lead preparation and maintenance of planning products.
• Support Earned Value Management system integration across the program lifecycle.
• Identify critical paths and conduct risk analyses; develop corrective actions.
• Support Production Operations and Scheduler leadership in monthly rhythms; ensure schedule accuracy.
• Perform schedule integrity checks and deliver IMS reports and metrics.
• Present schedule information to internal and external customers; ensure compliance with planning policies.
