Job summary

Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions (TRCMS) seeks a Manager, Implementation Services to lead a team of Engagement Managers, define strategy for the Implementation portfolio, and deliver high-profile client engagements. You will forecast revenue, guide multi-year deployments, and ensure profitable, end-to-end delivery in a matrixed environment.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive business goals while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in managing customer engagements and end-to-end project delivery.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle from initial planning through implementation to maintenance.
• Experience managing/mentoring junior team members.
• Track record of identifying and mitigating risk across multiple milestones within a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Plan and milestone completion of projects across the portfolio and revenue recognition impacts.
• Develop engagement strategies for project assignments across the portfolio.
• Interface with senior client stakeholders on status, risks, and impediments.
• Mentor junior Engagement Management professionals and coach through difficult customer dynamics.
• Lead professional and consulting services engagements with high-profile customers.
• Manage contracts, client relationships, and scope of high-profile engagements.
• Execute, manage, and deliver on revenue goals for assigned projects.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver value to clients.
• Manage change control policy with project stakeholders.
• Use best practices to guide implementation outcomes.
