Thomson Reuters seeks an Implementation Consultant to thrive in problem‑solving and analytical work. You will structure tasks independently, learn quickly, and support colleagues and customers.

You’ll engage in cross‑functional projects, user training, and hands‑on configuration and testing across EU and APAC regions. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and partners, contribute to project plans, and assist with pre‑sales demos.

Qualifications

• Experience as implementation/solution consultant in large, cross‑functional projects.
• Experience with project plans and timelines management.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Close collaboration with Product, Sales, Support and partner teams.
• Assistance with pre‑sales activities including demonstrations and scoping.
• Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering on end‑to‑end solutions.
• Ability to customize and configure applications to specs.
• Ability to design and document project deliverables on schedule and budget.
• Hands‑on involvement in configuration, implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing regulations across EU and APAC.
• Deliver end‑user and super‑user training and handle configuration decisions.
• Act as a specialist on large cross‑functional implementation projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer support issues effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and partner organizations.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including software demonstrations and scoping.
• Customize and configure applications per specifications.
• Design, develop and document project deliverables on time and budget.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation and testing.
