Job summary

Innovu seeks a Project Manager II to own a high-volume portfolio of employer onboardings from kickoff to data go-live. You’ll coordinate with Operations, Distribution, and Client Experience to ensure onboarding follows processes and delivers accurate client data while meeting expectations.

The role emphasizes independent execution, excellent communication, and relationship management as you navigate vendor coordination, data delivery, and escalations across a growing Pittsburgh team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management or client implementation experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent client projects.
• Experience in client-facing roles with multiple stakeholder levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce professional client-facing deliverables.
• Proficiency with Zoho, Jira, Smartsheet and MS Office; ability to manage escalations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume portfolio of active employer onboardings across partners and types.
• Translate business objectives into a defined project strategy with measurable goals.
• Lead onboarding execution: kickoff, vendor coordination, data delivery tracking, go-live, and hand-offs.
