Job summary

Innovu, a growing Pittsburgh-based data analytics company, seeks a Project Manager II to own a high-volume portfolio of employer onboardings from kickoff through data go-live. You will coordinate with Operations, Distribution, and Client Experience teams to ensure data is onboarded accurately and client expectations are met.

You will independently manage medium to large books of business, escalate as needed, and collaborate with external clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management or client implementation experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent client projects.
• Client-facing role with multiple stakeholder levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional deliverables.
• Proficiency with Zoho, Jira, Smartsheet and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume portfolio of active employer onboardings.
• Translate business objectives into a defined project strategy with measurable goals.
• Lead onboarding execution: kickoff, vendor coordination, data delivery, go-live, hand-offs.
• Monitor project metrics and milestones for progress and delivery effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate project records using Zoho, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Communicate progress to internal leaders and flag risks.
