Job summary

Confido in New York City is seeking a Director of Implementation to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for enterprise customers. This high-impact individual contributor role turns signed contracts into live deployments, collaborating with customers, product, CS and sales to design scalable implementations.

You will report to the Head of Implementation and lead onboarding, deployment, training, and process infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software implementations or complex client onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Strong project management skills with ownership of a plan and escalation when needed.
• Technical curiosity and comfort configuring software and troubleshooting without hand-holding.
• Experience with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers is a plus.
• Builder mindset and comfort creating process where none exists.
• willingness to be in the NYC headquarters 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live—for enterprise customers.
• Design and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple deployments.
• Configure and customize the Confido platform to match customer workflows and data structures.
• Drive customer-side stakeholder alignment and ensure right people are engaged at the right moments.
• Develop training materials and run onboarding sessions for different user personas.
• Create an implementation playbook with templates, checklists, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to align timelines and gather feedback.
