Job summary

ADP in Augusta or Alpharetta is seeking an Implementation Manager II to lead the implementation function across regional teams, overseeing start volumes, timelines, and the transition from setup to regular processing.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with Sales, Client Service, Teledata, and other groups to deliver a superior client experience. Travel to remote locations may be required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a Manager role.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage remotely and oversee offshore indirect employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation function to meet objectives including start volume and quality.
• Review team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve service delivery processes and provide feedback to Operations.
• Manage the Sales relationship for the assigned organisation.
• Ensure timely, high-quality starts and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales and other groups to deliver a positive client experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Implementation staff; conduct performance reviews.
