Job summary

ADP in the United States seeks an Implementation Manager II for the Augusta or Alpharetta area. You will oversee the regional implementation function, ensure accurate order review, and lead clients from setup through transition to regular processing.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Client Service, and ongoing team development to drive start volume, timing, productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a Manager role.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work under time constraints and manage remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Implementation function to meet all objectives including start volume, start timing, productivity, and quality.
• Continuously reviews team performance and addresses opportunities for improvement.
• Implements initiatives to improve Service Delivery and provides feedback to Service Operations.
• Manages the Sales relationship for the assigned Sales organization.
• Ensures timely, high-quality starts and resolves escalated sales issues.
• Communicates process changes to the Sales organization and may direct a sales helpdesk.
• Sets and communicates team goals; develops tactical plans to reach them.
• Leads two Implementation teams and ensures coverage to meet regional objectives.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and manages performance of the Implementation staff.
