Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• 10-12 years in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• 8-10 years in related roles with a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with advanced degrees.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional implementation and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and project management techniques.
• Experience leading team development and organizational change.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams and manage customer onboarding projects.
• Conduct cross-functional reviews to identify operational gaps and solutions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for implementation challenges.
• Prepare presentations for customers and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client SLAs and business standards.
