Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead implementation teams and drive Lean improvements across GXO's logistics operations.

You will partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, PMO, Finance, and customers to deliver projects, drive Lean improvements, resolve operational challenges, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring service levels, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with related work experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and process-improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams and manage customer implementations to meet SLAs and objectives.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO to review processes and close gaps.
• Drive Lean improvements including project management, resource planning, and performance tracking.
• Serve as escalation point for implementation issues and prepare client presentations.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and performance management.
