Job summary

CustomerGauge is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead enterprise CX implementations from discovery to launch. You will serve as a trusted advisor, designing and deploying CustomerGauge solutions, guiding adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes for customers on the US East Coast.

You will coordinate with executives and stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and mentor teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, SaaS Implementation or related roles.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise software implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise implementations from discovery through launch to ensure business outcomes.
• Guide customers on dashboards, KPIs, and platform adoption to maximize value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to advocate for customers and continuous improvement.
