Job summary

CustomerGauge is seeking a presales solutions principal to act as a technical trusted advisor across Europe and North America, owning the CX-program side of complex sales cycles. You will lead discovery, architecture, POC engagements, demos, and executive-level presentations, partnering with the sales team to secure opportunities and design outcomes tailored to each prospect's data landscape.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of presales solutions consulting or sales engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Deep hands-on expertise in NPS, customer experience measurement, or VoC program design.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical sales cycles at the enterprise level: solution architecture, integration design, RFP responses, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.

Responsibilities

• Bring genuine NPS and CX domain expertise into every conversation, linking platform capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Own the technical and CX-program side of sales cycles: discovery, architecture, POC engagements, demos, and executive presentations.
• Partner with the sales team to shape, qualify, and accelerate deals, positioning CustomerGauge as the credible choice.
• Translate complex requirements into solution designs: integration architecture, data flows, program configuration, implementation approach.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires; conduct deep-dives with IT, data, and operations teams.
