You will translate complex client requirements into configured workflows, data integrations, and system architecture decisions, collaborating with client engineering teams and senior executives. Playbooks and best practices are actively shaped here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing implementation or related SaaS role.
• Proven track record delivering multi-phase enterprise implementations.
• Strong technical fluency with API integrations and data mapping.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and produce the solution design.
• Translate client requirements into configured workflows and data integrations.
• Collaborate with senior client executives, engineering, and product teams.
• Help build playbooks, tooling, and best practices for the team.
