Job summary
Courier Health is seeking a Strategic Solutions Consultant in New York to lead the enterprise deals and engage executive stakeholders across the buying committee. You will own deal strategy, partner with Sales, and help executives from Chief Commercial Officers to VPs of Access and Patient Support drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in solutions consulting, enterprise SaaS pre-sales, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-million ARR deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite buyers.
- Ability to architect complex solutions and discuss APIs, integrations, security, and HIPAA with client IT teams.
- Bonus: experience in life sciences or regulated healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Own solution strategy across enterprise opportunities; lead discovery and identify economic drivers and risks.
- Turn discovery into tailored demonstrations; connect platform capabilities to client outcomes and address objections.
- Act as the executive-level technical and solution authority; lead workshops, RFPs, and demos; mentor colleagues.
- Design high-impact project plans and ensure cross-functional alignment with Product and Implementation teams.
