Job summary

Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm seeking a Senior Consultant (Life Sciences – Technology Implementation) to join its Risk Advisory practice. You will lead multi‑phase SaaS implementations, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions for life sciences clients.

Expected to drive client collaboration, manage testing, training, and go‑live activities while maintaining quality controls and project governance.

Qualifications

4 year degree required.
Three (3) years of experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related program preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing consultant and trusted advisor for assigned engagements.
Manage multiple SaaS implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization.
Lead requirements, solution design, status, and other client meetings.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate activities across client stakeholders, internal teams, and third parties.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Analyze business processes and recommend solutions leveraging product capabilities.
