Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing implementation, project management, or technical consulting role.
• Independently owned complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations.
• Strong technical fluency on API integrations, data mapping, and system architecture.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple engagements.
• Ability to build trust with executive and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and hyper-care.
• Manage scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate client business requirements into configured workflows and integration designs.
• Lead discovery sessions to document requirements and produce solution designs.
