Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Manager for an AI-native healthcare start-up in the USA. You will own end-to-end technical onboarding, configurations, SFTP setup, and go-live, ensuring scalable, compliant integrations with HIPAA and SOC 2 controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in technical implementation, SaaS delivery, or technical ops; healthcare/healthtech intro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients, from scoping through go-live.
• Configure platform setups, SFTP connections, and eligibility/claims/prior auth files.
• Manage QA of configurations to ensure data integrity.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients and vendor partners during onboarding.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Identify and implement automation across file processing, data ingestion, and reporting.
• Lead remediation for technical failures, from root cause to fix validation.

Are you a technical implementation leader who\'s translated complex client requirements into seamless, scalable solutions, owning every step from scoping through go-live? Do you know how to bridge technical execution and client success, keeping implementations on time and error-free?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare services startup that redirects expensive, hospital-based specialty infusion therapy (for conditions like Crohn\'s, MS, and cancer support) into more convenient, lower-cost home or clinic settings. Through dedicated Care Guides and transparent, pass-through pricing, the company cuts employer drug spend by 40-50% while improving the patient experience. It already partners with some of the largest blue-chip employers and serves well over 1 million patients.

Now aiming to 5-10x that volume, the company is hiring a Senior Technical Implementation Manager to lead platform configurations, integrations, and technical implementation initiatives. You\'ll oversee end-to-end technical implementations, from requirements gathering and SFTP setup through go-live, partnering cross-functionally with clinical, operations, data, and client success.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients, from scoping through go-live
• Configure platform setups, SFTP connections, and eligibility, claims, and prior auth files
• Manage QA of configurations to ensure data integrity
• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients and vendor partners during onboarding

• Identify and implement automation across file processing, data ingestion, and reporting
• Lead remediation for technical failures, from root cause to fix validation
• Standardize technical implementation processes to support scalability

The Person

• Bachelor\'s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• 3-5+ years in technical implementation, SaaS delivery, or technical ops (healthcare/healthtech preferred), ideally at a startup
• Strong grasp of ETL pipelines, API integrations, HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance, SSO, PHI encryption, SQL, and data ingestion
• Experience with SFTP, eligibility data, claims data, prior authorizations, and healthcare integrations
• Client-facing background in technical account management, project management (PMP a plus), and implementation
• Familiarity with PM and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana)
