Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Sr. Implementation Engineer to implement Q2’s eBanking Solutions to align with the business requirements of our customers.

You will be exposed to a highly configurable product on multiple platforms that are configured/engineered differently for each customer. Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, process driven and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 8+ years of experience.
• Strong MS SQL skills and understanding of DB design/T-SQL.
• Experience with Web Services configuration and deployment.
• VMware experience is valuable.
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and direct the configuration duties.
• Develop and perform quality assurance checkpoints within your team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead training and execution plans to drive business results.
• Monitor key metrics and contribute to strategic improvements.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support to team members.
• Ensure security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy controls are upheld.
• Collaborate with Development and other teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
