Job summary

Bitwarden seeks a server and cloud enthusiast to become a Bitwarden product expert and partner with Customer Engagement Managers to support customers post-sales. You will lead deployments, implement new features, and drive adoption across large Enterprise accounts while maintaining a strong focus on security.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Bitwarden and its services.
• Lead technical planning and execution of deployments for large Enterprise engagements.
• Advise customers on best practices for the full Bitwarden stack.
• Collaborate with Engineering to triage bug reports and feature requests.
• Provide guidance for customer implementations and security considerations.
• Represent Bitwarden in customer meetings and industry events when needed.
