Job summary

Nuance Diagnostic Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Implementation Engineer to lead software deployment and installation across healthcare environments. You will troubleshoot complex issues, document solutions, and collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires solid IT operations knowledge, familiarity with Windows environments, and experience with healthcare product solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a Tier II/III technical or application support environment; healthcare experience preferred.
Experience supporting end users, IT staff, or administrative staff with software application and/or hardware issues in Windows environments.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test software including Nuance applications, tools, and 3rd party systems on customer production environments.
Meet or exceed deadlines for all assigned projects; conduct planning, installation, configuration and validation of Nuance healthcare application solutions in customer on-premise servers and workstations.
Provide advanced technical support via telephone, email, chat to external and internal customers.
Reproduce errors and document them for reproduction and testing; develop workarounds when needed.
Structure time effectively to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
Availability for 24x7x365 staffing assignments and occasional travel.
