Job summary

Diagnostic Solutions seeks a Healthcare Implementation Engineer to install, configure, and validate software in customer on-premise environments, coordinating with project teams and meeting project deadlines.

You will provide advanced technical support, analyze logs, and guide customers through issue resolution in a fast-paced clinical setting, with some travel and 24x7 availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (IT/CS/related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Tier II/III technical or application support environment; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supporting end users, IT staff, or administrative staff with software/hardware issues in Windows environments.
• Experience troubleshooting the Windows stack: Windows, IIS, SQL, ASP.NET, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test software on customer environments including OS, DB, and utilities.
• Meet deadlines for projects; plan, install, configure, validate healthcare apps on on-premise servers/workstations.
• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, chat to customers.
• Lead customer conference calls to manage critical issues and coordinate with project team.
• Analyze logs, monitor environments, and document resolutions for issues.
