Qualifications

• Experience in a client relationship or project management capacity.
• Academic or professional exposure to the institutional investor landscape.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the implementation.
• Work in consultation with the project manager on engagements to coordinate scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables across the client and internal team; provide coaching and mentorship to Implementation Associates.
• Coach clients through complex topics, providing guidance on portfolio analytics, reporting, and platform configuration decisions.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business strategies.
• Detail-oriented and organized, prioritizes effectively, excels at time management, and anticipates decision-making impacts.
• Clear and effective communicators capable of conveying information succinctly and clearly.
• Spots problems before they exist, anticipates downstream impacts, and selects interventions that maximize benefits.
