Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading technology projects in financial services, banking, fintech, enterprise software or another regulated environment.
• Experience managing project plans, governance, risks, issues, change control and executive reporting while coordinating testing, implementation, cross-functional stakeholders, interdependent workstreams and third parties in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex technical projects and workstreams involving Signature Core implementations, upgrades, integrations, conversions, migrations, and infrastructure or application changes.
• Serve as a senior professional and trusted partner to clients by clarifying objectives, identifying dependencies, evaluating options, and recommending practical delivery approaches aligned with business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones, resources, financials, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning client stakeholders, professional services, product, engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, vendors, and support.
• Drive technical and operational readiness across environments, interfaces, data conversion, testing, deployment, cutover, contingency planning, and post-production stabilization.
