Job summary

Finario is seeking a highly driven Technical Implementation Consultant to join the Customer Success and Implementation team. You will help implement and support the Finario application, responding to functional and technical queries and guiding customers through configuration and best practices.

You will work with product, sales, and engineering to drive adoption, train users, and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients while ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of work experience in technical implementation or customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience connecting to and building BI reports (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake) and APIs (Open, RESTful).

Responsibilities

• Implementation: collaborate with Finario customers to define and implement new configuration requirements during onboarding, and manage implementations through steady-state use
• Provide high-quality support: help end-users with application questions and resolve problems in a friendly, timely manner
• Training: improve existing training materials and tools to help customers, internal team members, and partner resources learn the Finario platform, from implementation through everyday use
• Serve as a solution expert: educate users on the software platform
• Optimize customer application usage: drive adoption and effective use of Finario to optimize Capex management and improve business results for customers
• Client relationship management: serve as the main point of contact, building deeper, value-driven relationships with customers
