Job summary

The Capital Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated consultant to join our FAA-focused Implementation/Engineering leadership team. The role emphasizes developing and managing communications plans, products, and programs for internal and external stakeholders within the FAA program office.

The selected candidate will provide technical and program office support, coordinate cutovers, and drive effective communications across multiple offices, ensuring minimal operational impact while delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in math, science, engineering or related field.
15 years relevant work experience managing communication channels for multiple technical teams.
Effective written and verbal communicator with ability to influence external stakeholders.
Experience developing and managing communications plans, products, and programs for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe for communication materials.

Responsibilities

Support development, test projects, and transition planning for FAA program office.
Coordinate and track service delivery, cutover, and deployments.
Prepare talking points and briefs for FAA leadership on cybersecurity engagements.
Establish communication processes for internal and external stakeholders.
Document lessons learned and quantify business benefits.
