Job summary

Capital Group seeks a highly motivated consultant to lead implementation and engineering activities for FAA programs. You will develop and manage communications plans, products, and programs for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with multiple FAA offices to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in math, science, engineering or related field.
• 15 years experience managing communication channels for multiple technical teams and demonstrated experience organizing and leading complex engagements.
• Proven ability to develop concise briefing materials and communicate effectively with FAA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support development and test projects, transition and implementation planning, coordination and tracking support to the program office and technical operations.
• Coordinate and track communications with FAA program offices and associated groups.
• Prepare talking points, briefings, and other written communications for FAA leadership.
• Establish and manage communication processes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct solution reviews, user story demos, and test activities to ensure alignment with requirements.
