CVS Health is seeking a program-led professional to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit implementation in a full-time role in the Richmond area. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage milestones, and ensure customer expectations are met.

The role requires 2+ years in project management with client-facing experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex benefits environments.

• 2+ years Project management and Client facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address implementation issues and exceed expectations.
• Serve as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of project deliverables and related tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensure strategy adheres to performance guarantees and policies.
• Engage team members to fulfill responsibilities and timelines.
• Assess customer feedback and optimize the implementation process.
