Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of self-funded client benefit plan implementations for New Business Clients.
• Partner with stakeholders to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues.
• Act as a single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Mediates and coordinates resolution of all project deliverables and implementation tasks.
• Develops and executes implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensures strategy is administered in accordance with performance guarantee arrangements.
• Engages team members to follow through on responsibilities and collects feedback for continuous improvement.
