The role involves leading a district, coaching a high-performing team, and driving sales in immunology and rare diseases across MA, CT, RI, ME, VT and surrounding areas.

The position requires a minimum of 8 years in sales/commercial roles, 2+ years in sales management, a valid US driver’s license, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license in the United States.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in sales or cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales management experience with change leadership and performance management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekend travel may be required).
• Must reside or relocate to the specified geography.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, coaching, and people-development capabilities.
• Experience translating data into district plans and executing strategy across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance in immunology and rare-disease portfolio with customer-focused execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing district team through hiring, coaching, and development planning.
• Provide advanced coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics and adjust strategy to protect or grow performance.
• Influence internal partners to align strategy and plans across Sales, Medical, and Marketing.
• Foster accountability, inclusion, and team health while maintaining compliance.
