Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology to support clients in the Youngstown, OH territory, including Warren, Niles, Boardman, Solon, and surrounding areas.

You will present complex clinical and business information to dermatology professionals, influence decision makers, and execute local marketing strategies to drive business results while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary.
• Must reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate to it.
• Minimum of five (5) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry, or large account management, or business to business experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales objectives by presenting complex clinical and business information to dermatology professionals, agencies, groups, and others involved in decision-making.
• Influence decision makers and influencers within assigned customers to support product use by applying clinical and business expertise and selling skills.
• Execute marketing strategies at the local level and collaborate with team members to share ideas and improve results.
• Build customer loyalty by cultivating relationships with key local decision makers who influence provider systems.
• Travel within territory to cover OH/PA geography and manage relationships with dermatology professionals.
