Job summary

The Arizona Department of Health Services is seeking a Management Analyst 4 to ensure ASIIS components align with Immunization Program strategy. You will lead testing, QA, and usability evaluations, and collaborate with the IIS Contractor to implement UI/UX improvements.

You will design training materials for clinics and health systems, and participate in agency-wide meetings. The role requires strong analytical skills and independent work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in informatics, epidemiology, public health, or 5 years direct work experience in epidemiology or informatics.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data systems.
• Understanding of user interface and user experience concepts.
• Experience with testing, QA, and usability evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluate usability of system applications and upgrades.
• Collaborate with ASIIS team to implement UI/UX improvements.
• Design training materials for clinics and health systems on ASIIS functionalities.
• Lead meetings with agency, State Consortium, and IIS contractor as needed.
