Job summary

The Arizona Department of Health Services seeks a Management Analyst 4 to support the ASIIS by conducting testing, QA, and usability evaluation of system applications. You will propose UI improvements and lead cross-functional meetings with internal teams and contractors, shaping delivery and performance outcomes.

In this role, you design training materials for clinics and health systems, apply strong analytical skills, and work with independence under the ASIIS Program Manager to drive quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in informatics, epidemiology, or public health, or minimum 5 years direct work experience in epidemiology or informatics.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to use reporting tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX concepts and Quality Improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and coordination skills.
• Experience in management analysis preferred; SQL and IIS experience highly desired.

Responsibilities
