Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from providers and public health staff about records and system function.
Investigate duplicate records and bad merges in the registry.
Use data tools to identify and fix data integrity issues.
Escalate complex issues to technical teams as needed.
Document all interactions in the ticketing system.
Guide users on data entry and record management best practices.
Collaborate with IT and data quality to improve deduplication.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to improve data quality metrics.
Assist in testing system updates and enhancements.
Generate reports on data quality trends and help with training materials.
