  • Experience managing sophisticated client matters and serving as a primary client contact.
  • Proficiency with legal research and case management platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a broad portfolio of business and employment-based immigration matters.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on immigration strategy, compliance, workforce planning, and risk management.
  • Handle and oversee complex nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, PERM labor certifications, adjustment of status applications, and related processes.
  • Prepare, review, and supervise high-quality immigration filings, petitions, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner closely with corporate clients to develop practical immigration solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor developments in immigration laws, regulations, agency guidance, and adjudication trends, providing proactive counsel to clients.
  • Mentor and collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure excellent client service and matter management.
