The Team

The New York practice consists of 17 dedicated professionals, including 4 partners. The group includes two of the top 20 business immigration lawyers in the United States. Technical Requirements

The firm is looking for candidates with five to ten years of direct experience in business immigration. You must have a strong background in the following areas:

• Non-immigrant matters including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and E-3 visas.
• Immigrant matters including I-140 petitions for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.
• Adjustment of status applications.
• Experience in drafting PERM applications is considered a significant plus.
