Job summary

White Plains law firm seeks an Immigration Associate to join its team in White Plains, NY. The attorney will provide expert guidance on employment-based immigration matters, representing employers before administrative agencies and preparing petitions and applications.

Responsibilities include advising clients, training on compliance, preparing PERM labor certifications, filing nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, and supervising paralegals throughout the process.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2-7 years of experience in employment-based immigration.
• Experience with non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B/L-1/O-1/E-1/2/3/TN) and immigrant filings (PERM/EB-1/AOS).
• J-1 waiver experience is a plus.
