What You'll Do:

• Conduct case intake, assess eligibility, and help identify and resolve potential issues
• Analyze supporting documentation and prepare employment-based immigration filings
• Draft petitions, applications, and supporting letters, including H-1B and L-1 petitions
• Manage case lifecycles from initiation through filing and final disposition
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all filings
• Communicate case updates, issues, and timelines with attorneys and internal teams
• Take full ownership of assigned matters and maintain high standards of accuracy and organization

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in business immigration
• Strong hands‑on experience with H-1B and L-1 visa petitions (required)
• Solid understanding of immigration law, terminology, and research practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
