Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager for Outpatient Imaging. You will lead HR for clinical staff, schedule staffing to deliver efficient, quality care, and supervise a cross-functional team across two imaging offices.

The role partners with administrators to drive workflow improvements, budgeting, and capital planning. Requirements include a BA/BS in a business, healthcare, or related field with at least five years in a supervisory healthcare role; ARRT(R) or RN

Qualifications

• Five+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience in Imaging services is highly preferred.
• ARRT(R) or RN credentials are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR functions for clinical staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Determine staff composition and scheduling to ensure cost-efficient care.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of administrative, technical, and clinical staff.
• Support workflow standardization and operational efficiency with leadership.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and capital equipment planning.
