Job summary

AdventHealth in Colorado is seeking a senior administrative professional to support imaging operations and service coordination. You will manage inventory, coordinate maintenance, and work with radiologists to uphold protocol adherence and exam quality.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience in hospital settings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Cerner/PACS are preferred; Lean training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; able to access the Internet.
• Experience in Hospital/Medical Practice settings preferred.
• Experience with Cerner and PACS is preferred.
• LEAN training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports inventory and equipment management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
• Coordinates maintenance and ensures safety and quality standards.
• Collaborates with physicians to support protocol adherence and service coordination.
• Leads or supports quality improvement initiatives and patient experience efforts.
• Participates in budget planning and staffing/resource decisions.
