Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care seeks a Radiology Operations Leader to oversee daily 24/7 radiology services across adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The role ensures efficient staffing, budgeting, and clinical coordination under the Administrator's direction.

The incumbent will direct scheduling, procurement, and educational activities to promote continuous improvement in patient care and compliance with care standards within a high-volume hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Be eligible to become registered by ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
• Three years progressive clinical or supervisory experience in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans for, implements use of, and evaluates radiology services and equipment to meet customer needs and improve department outcomes.
• Directs radiology functions through scheduling and evaluation of personnel, procurement of supplies, and coordination with other hospital services to ensure efficient patient care for all age groups.
• Administers performance improvement activities to maintain quality aligned with standards.
• Provides and supports education and learning activities promoting continuous improvement and compliance with patient care standards.
