Job summary

You will lead cross-functional initiatives and engage key stakeholders to accelerate commercial performance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience, preferably in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience delivering territory growth and managing complex opportunities.
• Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual product sales goals through strategic growth plans.
• Lead territory planning, opportunity management, forecasting, and funnel development.
• Build relationships with laboratory, pathology and procurement leadership; communicate clinical and financial value.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for Immunohistochemistry portfolio and share best practices.
• Lead cross-functional account strategies with Sales, Service, Applications, Marketing and Operations.
