Job summary

Icatalyft is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance strategy and media buying across iGaming brands. You will design and scale multi-channel funnels that turn media spend into profitable players and leads.

You will manage six- to seven-figure monthly budgets, drive CPA and ROAS targets, and mentor junior buyers while staying ahead of policy changes and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with multi-channel growth in high-velocity verticals.
• Hands-on experience with at least three channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) including optimization.
• Strong analytics and ability to turn data into strategy and actions.
• Experience building testing programs and scaling winners across brands.

Responsibilities

• Own performance strategy and media buying across paid social, search, display, native, programmatic and affiliates.
• Architect full-funnel journeys to drive deposits and long-term LTV.
• Plan and manage six- and seven-figure monthly budgets toward CPA/ROAS targets.
• Lead testing roadmaps and scale learnings into scalable playbooks.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align acquisition, retention and reactivation.
• Refine tracking, attribution, and dashboards with analytics teams.
• Develop channel mix and market entry strategies for new brands/geos.
• Identify underpriced traffic and negotiate deals to improve unit economics.
• Ensure campaigns comply with regulatory and responsible gaming rules.
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior buyers and stay ahead of platform changes.
