Pack.com is seeking a battle-tested Media Buyer to aggressively scale profitable user acquisition in iGaming, sweepstakes, and gaming verticals. You will own capital with the freedom to test high-converting hooks, native angles, and aggressive funnel setups while navigating compliance challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media in iGaming, sweepstakes, or crypto-gaming.
• Proven ability to scale ad spend while maintaining profitability.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and direct-response hooks.
• Fluent in data-driven decision making and backend value/LTV analysis.

Responsibilities

• Programmatically buy and optimize media across gaming DSPs and direct publisher placements.
• Run paid campaigns in Telegram, Discord, and community channels targeting gaming audiences.
• Whitelist and manage paid posts with mid-tier gaming creators and streamers.
• Leverage native networks and programmatic video networks for adult, gaming, and sweepstakes audiences.
