Job summary

Fortis Media is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media strategy and execution for clients in highly regulated industries. You will lead end-to-end campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other channels, build structures, budgets, and testing roadmaps, and drive data‑driven optimisations.

You’ll work with a tight two-person paid media team in a fully remote, global setting, starting campaigns, reporting, and collaborating with clients to meet business objectives while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency.
• Extensive paid social experience with Meta and TikTok; programmatic across multiple DSPs.
• Strong commercial/analytical mindset; links media to revenue and profitability.
• Tracking, attribution, measurement expertise: GA, GTM, pixels, server-side tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and end-to-end delivery across accounts.
• Build campaign structures, budgets, testing roadmaps, and audience strategies.
• Run A/B tests and optimise across targeting, creative, placements and bids.
• Monitor performance and forecast; provide actionable insights and next steps.
• Collaborate with the account strategist and support client meetings and proposals.
• Improve internal processes, reporting systems, and SOPs.
