Job summary
InterGame Ltd is seeking a senior Performance Marketing & User Acquisition Advisor to drive global growth for a leading sweepstakes casino operator. This consulting role focuses on scaling customer acquisition across international markets, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and profitability.
You will design and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP and programmatic channels, improve conversion in the acquisition funnel, review CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback, and
Qualifications
- 8+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
- 5+ years within Casino, iGaming, Social Casino, Sweepstakes or Crypto Casino.
- Experience managing substantial acquisition budgets.
- Expertise across Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP and programmatic channels.
- Strong understanding of cohort analysis, player quality and ROI optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop global user acquisition strategies.
- Manage and optimise performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP and programmatic channels.
- Improve conversion through the full acquisition funnel.
- Review CAC, CPA, ROAS, FTD, LTV and payback performance.
- Establish testing frameworks for audiences, creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze cohort quality and budget allocation.
- Support scaling while maintaining profitable unit economics.
