Job summary

Adastra Resource Group seeks an experienced IFS Applications 7 Application Support Analyst for remote US-based(contract). You will provide production support for a complex IFS ERP environment, troubleshoot issues, and assist with reporting and documentation.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, support SOX and audits, and help with system maintenance and user training. Cloud experience with IFS is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience supporting IFS ERP, especially IFS Applications 7.
• Experience delivering production support for enterprise ERP systems and end-user assistance.
• Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills for ERP environments.
• Know-how with Oracle databases, SQL scripts, and data maintenance activities.
• Experience with ERP reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL support processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
• Understanding manufacturing processes including production, planning, procurement, and supply chain.
• Experience supporting Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain modules within IFS.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer support skills.
• IFS Cloud experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for an IFS Applications 7 environment.
• Resolve production issues and manage application support requests.
• Support user account administration, onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform system maintenance, data updates, and environment support.
• Develop reports and assist with business reporting requirements.
• Support audit and SOX documentation activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Deliver user training and ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot ERP issues.
• Participate in continuous process improvements and system optimization.
