Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is searching for an experienced IFS Cloud Systems Manager / Solution Architect to own a mission‑critical ERP environment. You will lead architecture, systems ownership, and strategic planning, acting as the primary IFS SME and interfacing with business and IT leadership.

The role requires deep IFS Cloud experience, strong Finance/HR/FSM knowledge, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IFS ERP experience, including IFS Cloud.
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance, HR, FSM and Projects.
• Experience as IFS Solution Architect, Systems Manager or senior SME.
• Experience leading annual IFS Cloud upgrades and change management.
• Experience managing ERP roadmaps, backlogs, and incidents with Jira.
• Proficient with Power BI dashboards connected to IFS data.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IFS Cloud SME, solution architect, and internal consultant.
• Own IFS Cloud lifecycle: upgrades, config, enhancements, testing, deployment.
• Translate business needs into scalable IFS solutions across modules.
• Oversee IFS integrations and iPaaS work (Boomi preferred).
• Lead governance, documentation, and change management practices.
• Manage ERP roadmap, backlog, and vendor relations.
