Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking an IFS ERP Business Analyst to join a remote, US-based permanent team. You will provide hands-on functional analysis, ERP support, and continuous improvement across the IFS environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, incident management, and stakeholder engagement to resolve issues and implement effective solutions. You will collaborate with business users across Finance, Projects, and Supply Chain to optimize processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IFS ERP experience (ideally IFS Cloud).
• Experience supporting business users in an ERP environment.
• Working knowledge of Finance, Projects, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR or related areas.
• Experience troubleshooting business processes, configurations and data issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with ticketing, incident management or backlog systems.

Responsibilities

• Own IFS incidents and service requests from inquiry to resolution.
• Prioritize requests based on impact, urgency and risk.
• Provide day-to-day support for functional questions and user access.
• Investigate configuration, data, permissions and background jobs.
• Reproduce issues in testing environments and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate escalations with IFS Support and external partners.
• Collaborate with business users to identify practical IFS solutions.
