Job summary

Adastra Resource Group seeks an experienced IFS Solution Architect to design and deliver ERP solutions focused on Service, Projects and Finance. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable IFS configurations and provide strategic guidance across the delivery lifecycle.

This remote role offers a six-month engagement with minimal travel, requiring strong collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to influence architecture decisions in multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an IFS Solution Architect supporting ERP implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of Service, Projects and Finance within IFS.
• Translating complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Hands-on IFS configuration, testing and solution design.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IFS ERP solutions with a focus on Service, Projects and Financial Management.
• Apply business process and system expertise across areas such as Service, Projects, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, and Inventory.
• Lead the formulation of business and functional requirements aligned to organizational goals.
• Oversee and participate in IFS configuration, testing, and solution validation activities.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives related to IFS implementations.
• Partner with project managers to identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to solution architecture designs, target-state architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Participate in the development and improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities as an IFS subject matter expert when needed.
• Mentor and coach consultants and client team members.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.
