Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking an experienced IFS Technical Solution Architect to drive a major IFS Cloud ERP implementation and migration. The role focuses on cross-functional alignment, timeline management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful go-live and post go-live stabilization.

• Experience leading ERP implementation programs across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination point between internal stakeholders, IT, and the IFS implementation partner.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery across ERP phases.
• Oversee data migration, EDI integrations, and connectivity across internal systems and middleware.
• Support interface development, user provisioning, and HR-to-ERP integrations for employee data.
• Coordinate validation activities and cutover readiness across environments.
• Facilitate alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT for go-live readiness and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports, risks, and executive updates.
• Lead testing cycles (AST, UAT, cutover rehearsals) and resolve defects.
• Translate requirements into system configurations, test scenarios, and validation steps.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support change-management activities for smooth adoption.
